It takes two things to make good cheese: good milk and good craftsmanship. This has been our philosophy since 1888.
We are 13 farmers who own the dairy, and our farms are located in the hilly, beautiful countryside close to Them – a small village in Jutland, Denmark.
Our dairy produces a variety of Danbo cheeses as well as speciality and premium quality cheeses.
Each morning, we drive our own tankers to collect the very best fresh milk from our own farms.
Ecology and animal welfare
Our organic cheeses are made from milk from the farms of Mads, Gert, Niels, Thomas, Arne and Niels Peter.
