Skum & Mini – Only 6% and 11% fat

Lean, medium-aged yellow cheese, with only 6 g or 11 g of fat per 100 g of cheese. The good taste is preserved, aromatic and has notes of acidity. Available in the variants 20+ and 10+. Has a semi-hard and smooth consistency. A good source of protein.

School organic

An organic, rindless cheese with just 16 % fat. A mild cheese enjoyed by children and a great addition to school lunch boxes, in a sandwich, or cut into sticks and eaten as a snack.

FÆTTER KRAS

Full-bodied yellow cheese, with notes of acidity and with an aromatic scent. Intensely matured but without having a sharp taste. Available in several varieties, with and without caraway. Semi-hard and pliable. Our most popular cheese.

Kras, X-matured

Strong, classic yellow cheese with the characteristic taste of full-fat, extra-matured cheese. The consistency is pliable, slightly soft and melts on the tongue. Suitable for traditional cheese dishes or in a sandwich.

Kras, XX-matured

Extra-strong, classic yellow cheese with an intense and powerful taste that comes from over 40 weeks of maturation. Slightly porous texture. For connoisseurs, it is best served on bread with mustard and onion or with tangy dark jam or good balsamic vinegar.

Kras, XXX-matured

The ultimate extra-strong yellow cheese with an intense and very strong taste due to its long maturation. Slightly porous texture. Perfect on rye bread with mustard and onion or with tangy dark jam or good balsamic vinegar.
